The Antidiary was inspired by the listening circles of a:dress, the practice of co-counselling and the Write Like A Grrrl course. As a young woman with mental health issues who felt isolated during lockdown, I wanted to create a way for people to make connections and have space to talk about their day. The simple practice of writing a diary entry can ease the weight of stress that often lays heavy upon your mind and body. Antidiary has been created as a space to talk freely about your emotions without judgement.
